Adam is the only attorney in western Wisconsin to focus his entire practice on the defense of OWI/DUI charges – and the only Wisconsin lawyer west of Milwaukee to be honored with selection to the faculty of the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD).
He’s been invited to provide training on OWI/DUI litigation to national audiences through the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), as well as to statewide audiences at the Wisconsin OWI Defense Seminar and the State Public Defender Trial Skills Academy. He has twice completed the intensive curriculum in OWI/DUI defense at the National College for DUI Defense, held at Harvard Law School. Each year since 2018, he was selected as a SuperLawyers Rising Star, a distinction awarded only to 2.5% of lawyers in the State of Wisconsin.

Hudson, WI man charged with OWI-3rd/PAC-3rd and refusal. Arguing mistaken identity at trial, the jury found him NOT GUILTY of all charges, securing his freedom and preserving his career.
Minnesota man charged with criminal damage to property, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The jury found the client NOT GUILTY of the OWI/DUI charges.
